Client Account Manager

As a Client Account Manager you will be the primary point of contact to our existing customers, helping with on boarding, training and any general product queries.


This is the ideal opportunity for motivated individuals who provide excellent customer service while maintaining an organized queue of internal tasks. Successful Implementation Specialists have an obsession for accuracy, a passion for helping others and a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Own the implementation, training and product adoption plan for assigned clients.
  • Define, run and deliver necessary training for customers.
  • Recommend or build solutions required to get the project up and running efficently
  • Serve as the EIDA subject matter expert on EIDA product capabilities
  • Provide feedback to our Product & Platform Engineering teams 
  • Master the product through formal on boarding program and continued learning
  • Complete assigned tasks in an organized manner to ensure project deadlines
  • Proactive outreach to ensure customer success
  • Provide timely response to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Review security protocols and practices to ensure company standards are met
  • Visit clients as required (Full drivers license required)

 

Qualifications

  • Have a recognised third level
  • Excellent grasp of the English language
  • Professional, positive, proactive, quality-focused attitude.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Prior experience with account management / software implementation a plus
  • Technical / Engineering knowledge is beneficial

 


Education

  • Have a recognised 3rd level qualification degree not less than Level 6 on the National Vocational Qualifications Framework, or recognised equivalent; or a postgraduate degree not less than Level 9 on the National Vocational Qualifications Framework, or recognised equivalent;
  • Have a valid work permit to work in Ireland (if required) 
  • Have been awarded that qualification within the last four years, i.e. 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018

Technical Writer / Knowledge Base Admin (Recent Graduate)

Technical Writer / Knowledge Base Administrator (Graduate)


The successful candidate will be responsible for updating our software customer support content and communications.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities


• Determine the needs of end users of support documentation

• Organize and write supporting documents for products

• Use photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding

• Select appropriate medium for message or audience, such as manuals or online videos

• Standardize content across platforms and media

• Gather usability feedback from customers, designers, and manufacturers

• Revise information as new issues arise


Qualifications


• Excellent grasp of the English language - fluency in technical / engineering language required.

• Professional, positive, proactive, quality-focused attitude.

• Strong written and oral communication skills.

• Prior experience with content writing or knowledge base management a plus.

• Engineering / construction qualification / experiences is a bonus.


Education


• Have a recognised 3rd level qualification degree not less than Level 6 on the National Vocational Qualifications Framework, or recognised equivalent; or a postgraduate degree not less than Level 9 on the National Vocational Qualifications Framework, or recognised equivalent;

• Have a valid work permit to work in Ireland (if required) for the duration of the 24 month placement

• Have been awarded that qualification within the last four years, i.e. 2015, 2016, 2017 or 2018
