EIDA Solutions collects the users’ full name, e-mail address and company information for all Authorized users. Authorised users are those who have been granted access to the EIDA Server.

Information Gathering and Usage
When your account is created in EIDA, we ask for information such as your name, company name, email address.
EIDA uses the collected information for identification and authentication, services improvement, customer support, notifications of changes and new features, and research.
The EIDA application sends notification emails when certain actions are completed within the EIDA functional suite. You may request to be removed from all notification emails by contacting the EIDA Solutions Administrator for your project.
EIDA Solutions sends email newsletters as frequently as every 30 days, informing users about new features, company news, project updates and requesting user feedback. You can opt-out by unsubscribing by clicking on a link in the survey email.
How We Collect and Use Your Automatically Collected Usage Data
We may also collect information on how the Service is accessed and used ("Usage Data"). This Usage Data may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address), browser type, browser version, the pages of our Service that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages.
This type of information helps us to improve our Services for both you and for all of our customers.

EIDA Solutions uses third party vendors and hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, security, networking, storage, and related technology required to run EIDA. Data stored in persistent disks that is encrypted under the 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard. Although EIDA Solutions owns the code, databases, and all rights to the EIDA application, EIDA Solutions customers retain the rights to their data for their project.
Your Rights and Methods to Control Your Data
For the purposes of GDPR and the EIDA Solutions software platform, EIDA is a data processor.
EIDA meets and will continue to meet any requirements placed on data processors defined under GDPR. Personal data may be processed by the EIDA Solutions software platform on behalf of participating organisations.
Participating organisations (whether customers, clients, partner organisations or any other relationship paying or non-paying) that use EIDA Solutions's software act as data controllers.
Therefore, whenever a EIDA services user contacts EIDA to exercise rights under GDPR such as access, portability, rectification or erasure, EIDA will:
1) Inform the relevant data controller of the user's request.
2) Inform the enquiring user that it must be the relevant party of the data controller who makes the request to EIDA.
3) Comply with the instructions from the relevant data controller when EIDA receives it (unless there is a legal compliance reason that EIDA is required to retain the information).
EIDA Solutions may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with subpoenas or when your actions violate these Terms of Service. Please note that we may be obliged to share an EU individual’s personal data in response to lawful requests by public authorities including to meet national security and law enforcement requirements.
