Marketing Manager

About the role

EIDA Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced and innovative Marketing Manager to join our growing team.

The EIDA Marketing Manager role is responsible for the company’s marketing strategy, brand social strategy and delivery of all performance marketing campaigns. This role will influence brand strategy, bring thought leadership to the business and be responsible for managing major client relationships. The required individual is expected to be passionate about technology, understand latest marketing trends and areas of innovation, be inquisitive and a multi-tasker.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead and drive overall marketing and growth strategy, both short-term and long-term
  • Build strong, effective partnerships with stakeholders to drive the marketing strategy and ensure that all marketing projects are delivered successfully and are in line with wider business goals
  • Managing end-to-end marketing campaigns across internal teams. The ultimate decision maker on all timelines and milestones relating to marketing plans
  • Work alone to develop messaging and content to support the growth marketing plan, spanning email and landing page copy and design, digital and direct mail assets, event communication strategy and webinar/event-related presentations
  • Oversee management of website and core social accounts (knowledge of SEO is required)
  • Identify and drive efficiencies across the wider marketing department, including improvements to current processes and ways of working, and the introduction of new tools
  • Define the appropriate set of marketing capabilities that need to exist in-house (whilst also recognising the requirement to leverage external agencies)
  • Manage the marketing budget efficiently, striving for maximum ROI, ensuring that all campaigns are delivered within deadlines
  • Management of key client relationships, ensuring maximum efficiencies, performance and engagement across our partner campaigns and initiatives

Desired Skills and Experience

  • 5+ years of marketing experience, previous experience in the tech sector and/or construction sector would be a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing, especially for B2B companies
  • Ability to develop marketing plans & initiatives in line with sales objectives and liaising with the sales team
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, AdWords, LinkedIn Ads, WordPress and other related social media research platforms
  • Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
  • Proven ability to work on your own initiative & deliver individual projects
